Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders above $100 to USA & Canada. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout to all international orders and orders below $100.

Please allow for 3-5 business days to process the orders, and 1-9 business days (depending on your chosen shipping rate) to receive the order. 

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Returns

All items sold by House of Her Beauty are final sale.

Please note that we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, we may provide exchanges or a credit note that can be used solely on www.houseofherbeauty.com, if applicable.

To begin your claim, you can contact us at info@houseofherbeauty.com. Please provide your name, order number and reason for exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received your claim, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.

Please take note that we will not refund the shipping fees that were first charged to get your order to you, nor the fees for the exchange itself.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
